Diagnostic Essay

Imagine that your college does not currently have a required writing course but is considering adding one to the GE curriculum. Write an argument in which you try to persuade the Student Senate that they should support or oppose the addition of one 3 credit hour writing course as a part of GE requirements. Your essay should be approximately 250 words.
